A non-refundable deposit is required for parties according to the chart below.  This deposit
must be received within 48 hours of the time the banquet is booked.   This will be applied to
your final bill.
             
Room Charges - $100 for Center Room, $250 for Center and Dining Room   
Total Closure of the Club - $1000 plus $1000 food minimum
Open Club Charge (on day club not regularly scheduled to be open) $500

CORKING FEE                           $10.00   per each 750ml bottle

We charge by the guarantee.  If this contract is signed over one month prior to event, subject
to market prices if significant increases occur.

Reservations will not be held over a 48-hour period without a deposit and a signed contract.

Full payment must be received the day of the event.

A final guest count must be reported 72 hours prior to the event. The originally booked guest
count may not be decreased more than 10 percent.

A minimum of 30 guests is required for buffets.

Linens for buffet tables and tables are supplied, however, if you would like a specific color or
require extra linens a charge of $5 per table will be added.

You may decorate the room. Upon availability, a maximum of three hours before an event
can be used for decorating. Confetti may not be used under any circumstances.  If confetti is
used, a cleaning charge will be assessed.

You may have a Disc Jockey or a live band with Parsons Golf Club & Restaurant’s approval.  
Dance floor is available at no charge.

Tax and service charges will be added to all items.

No liquor or food may be brought onto the premises.  

Pricing for events is based on a per-plate (one time through the line) basis.

Unused food remains the property of Parsons Golf Club & Restaurant due to health
department regulations.  

Any damages occurred to club property including, but not limited to, the building, furnishings,
or greens, will be your responsibility.

This contract is contingent upon the absence of accidents or any causes beyond the control
of Parsons Golf Club & Restaurant.  Parsons Golf Club & Restaurant also reserves the right
to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specific items.

This agreement coincides with the PARTY ORDER WORKSHEET which outlines the exact
type of food, times, and items to be provided by Parsons Golf Club & Restaurant for the
customer.  A copy of the PARTY ORDER WORKSHEET must accompany this agreement to
make it whole.
